Welcome Home!

Conveniently located just 5 miles south of historic downtown Franklin in Williamson Co. TN. Redwing Meadows is a vibrant and safe place to live, with regular community events, an active HOA, and numerous amenities, such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, 2+ miles of wooded trails, private kayak ramp access to the Harpeth river, as well as 40+ acres of common grounds & wilderness.

Pool

For homeowners of Redwing Meadows and their guests, we have a medium sized swimming pool with 2 bathrooms and a small shelter, located at 1297 Ascot Drive. The pool is open about 2 weeks prior to Memorial Day and closed for the season about 2 weeks after Labor Day each season.

Follow the black asphalt drive to the parking area. Entry requires a key…one per household. If a key is lost, a new non-replicatable key may be purchased by contacting community manager Jay Moyer (contact details listed below).

  • Entry keys may not be shared or loaned.

  • Pool hours are 9 to 9; after‑hours swimming prohibited.

Enforcement

  • HOA may suspend pool privileges for rule violations.

Q&A:

  • Q: Can the pool be reserved for parties or other events?
  • A: The pool may not be reserved. Homeowners are welcome to have groups and small events, so long as the HOA Board is made aware, but event organizers must ensure other homeowners are not disturbed or prevented for using the pool at same time.
  • Q: Can I keep the pedestrian door propped open to allow people to come and go without a key?
  • A: No, this is a Tennessee Department of Health safely violation. All people coming and going from pool area must fully close door behind them. Failure to do so could cause the pool to be closed indefinitely as well as fines and legal issues for the homeowner.
  • Q: Who should I contact regarding issues or concerns at the pool?
  • A: Call a board member or email @ board@redwingmeadows.org asap. Otherwise, you may contact Community Manager Jay Moyer (jay.moyer@ghertner.com or 615-502-1427)

Trails

For those of you new to Redwing Meadows, our trail system is one of the best in the area… meandering through old growth forest, secluded fields, and along two scenic waterways (Harpeth River and 5 Mile Creek). No motorized vehicles or horses are allowed. The trail is ideal for hikers, runners, pets on leash & cyclists.

The moderate section begins at break in the tree line just past the pool, connects to the tennis courts area, down the tennis courts drive, reconnects behind the Redwing Meadows entrance sign at Warrior Drive, winds down behind the ball field and then turns north following Five Mile Creek, continues under the Ascot bridge and along Five Mile Creek to the Harpeth River, travels west/upstream along the Harpeth River to the gravel pumphouse road. This is also where you will find the Kayak Ramp. Continue from here across a small field to a break in the tree on the I-65 side of the neighborhood and continues back south along I-65 to reconnect at the Pool drive.

Please keep those dogs on a leash

Some dogs do great off leash…that is until they encounter strangers or other dogs. Definitely get your fur babies out for some fresh air, but please keep your dog on a leash, even on trails & common areas.  Thanks!
