Monthly dues are due the FIRST day of each month, if paying monthly, or homeowners may pay ahead for the year, in January (be sure to communicate this with the property manager. Payment is considered late and result in a penalty if the management company has not received them by the 16th. Repeat violations will be referred to collections.
