Architectural Review

Our Arch Committee wanted to pass along that you are not required to contact the board with any repairs that are being made on your property that are staying with like kind or quality. Also, we strive to get a fast response from our volunteer team, but please allow at least a week for us to review and respond. Thanks!

Construction Update

Construction access to the Parks and Recreation Project will begin soon. We will keep you posted on the detail.
The Long Lane crossing project does not have any updates, but is part of the City of Franklin’s Major Thoroughfare Plan. We’ll pass along additional updates on these plans as we hear details.
